In the event that you are not pleased or unhappy with your purchase We will gladly accept unworn merchandise in its ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 3 CALENDER DAYS of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and PINK IVY ACCESSORIES LLC is not responsible for return shipping. Items must be in "new, unused and unworn" condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Please email us at [email protected] to receive a return authorization (RA) number, which must be marked on the outside package. Packages returned to us without return authorization (RA) number will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item back to Pink Ivy Accessories LLC. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Items that are incorrectly shipped by us or items that you did not order but received from us will be exchanged for the items originally ordered. Please contact us at [email protected] for instruction.
